Divine Fog Realty Company takes our responsibility to protect our clients, both financially and physically, very seriously. We have taken extra steps to ensure that our offices are being deep cleaned regularly, instructing our agents to not interact with clients or colleagues if showing any signs of illness. Additionally, we are heeding the direction that our state and federal government have given us regarding not gathering in groups larger than 10, enforcing sanitizing protocols, and have instructed our agents to not host traditional Open Houses.
That said, we understand that real estate transactions are not something that you can stop mid-stream. People still need homes. Our clients are already under contract or already have their home on the market. We will be putting extra safety measures in place for all of our clients to protect their safety during the home selling or buying process, from utilizing video showings, on-line open houses, digital signatures, e-closings, and more.
